- Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Early bird and promotional rates apply only within the specified period.
- Code of Conduct
KLIP7 is a professional event. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.
- Intellectual Property
All content, materials, logos, and designs used during the event remain the intellectual property of KLIP7 and its partners.
Recording or redistribution of presentation materials, sessions, or workshops without written consent is strictly prohibited.
- Event Program
- The event schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify the lineup of speakers, topics, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Photography & Media Consent
By attending KLIP7, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. These materials may be used in future marketing by KLIP7 and its organizers.
If you prefer not to appear in any published media, please inform our team upon registration or during the event.
- Liability Disclaimer
KLIP7 and its organizers are not responsible for:
- Personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the event.
- Travel or accommodation arrangements, including delays or cancellations.
We strongly recommend participants arrange their own travel insurance.
- Data Privacy
All personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and will be used solely for event-related communication and marketing purposes.

- Force Majeure
KLIP7 shall not be liable for failure to perform or deliver services due to events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic restrictions, or technical issues).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

- Cancellation and Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team at info@world.com.my. Refunds will be processed based on the following timeline:
- More than 30 days before the event:
✅ 100% refund (minus a 5% processing fee) - 15 to 30 days before the event:
✅ 50% refund - 14 days or less before the event:
❌ No refund
- Ticket Transfers
If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, up to 5 days before the event. Please contact us with the new attendee’s details.
- Event Cancellation or Postponement
In the unlikely event that KLIP7 is canceled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date.
We will notify all registered participants via email and our website.
- No-Show Policy
No refunds will be given for no-shows. We encourage you to notify us early if you cannot attend.

- How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to:

Please include your full name, ticket reference number, and reason for cancellation in your email.
- Cancellation Deadlines & Fees
Cancellations are subject to the following terms:
- More than 30 days before the event
✅ Registration may be canceled for a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. - 15 to 30 days before the event
✅ Eligible for a 50% refund of the ticket price. - 14 days or less before the event
❌ No cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
- Ticket Transfer Option
Can’t make it? No problem!
You may transfer your ticket to someone else at no additional cost, up to 5 days before the event. Kindly email us the full name and contact information of the new attendee.
- Cancellation by Organizer
KLIP7 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered attendees will be:
- Notified via email and website announcement
- Offered a full refund or the option to carry forward the ticket to the new date
- Force Majeure
KLIP7 shall not be held liable for delays or cancellation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, public health emergencies, or acts of God.
